How to participate

1. A Zero1 customer is eligible to participate in this SqSave-Zero1 Promotion (the “Promotion”) and such participation is deemed as full acceptance of Terms and Conditions herein, and of any pursuant amendments thereof.
2. Eligible Zero1 customers must be a new / first-time SqSave applicant and the SqSave account must be approved by SqSave to qualify for the Promotion.
3. Participants in this Promotion are deemed to consent to SqSave creating a special “Acorn” investment goal in their SqSave accounts.
4. Eligible participants who meet the terms and conditions herein (the “Client”) will receive a one-time SGD 3.00 deposit (“SqSave Reward”) from SqSave into the “Acorn” investment goal set up by SqSave.
5. The Acorn goal will adopt the Client’s default risk setting at the Client’s SqSave account was first set up and all proceeds in the Acorn goal will be invested accordingly.
6. The “SqSave Reward” and any subsequent deposits of similar nature by SqSave into the Client’s Acorn goal may be done at SqSave’s discretion and will be subject to a 12-month (calculated as 365 calendar days) “Holding Period” starting from the date of the first deposit into the Acorn goal or any such period/amendments SqSave may set from time to time.
7. For avoidance of doubt, no deposit or withdrawal can be made into/from the Acorn investment goal set up in the Client’s SqSave account for the Holding Period referred to above.
8. The Client accepts that the Acorn goal assets will carry investment risks during the Holding Period like any other similar investments, and all risks and liabilities thereof are the Client’s responsibility.
9. After the expiry of the Holding Period, the Client will be allowed to access the proceeds of the Acorn investment goal, deposit or withdraw.
10. Once the Acorn investment goal is set up for the Client by SqSave, the Client is eligible to receive other SqSave Reward(s), whether in the Acorn investment goal set by SqSave or other relevant disclosed facility that may be set up from time to time by SqSave for the Client.
11. The Client is eligible to receive a SqSave Reward of SGD 2.00 (as the “Referrer”) for every additional SqSave account that is successfully approved by SqSave (the “Referee”) arising from the referral to SqSave made by the Client.
12. For avoidance of doubt, there will be no limit to the number of referrals that can qualify for the SqSave Reward of SGD 2.00 stated in para (8) above, subject to relevant disclosed limitations of the applicable promotion(s).
13. All eligible referrals must be via the Client’s referral link assigned by SqSave, and if the referred person’s (the “Referee”) SqSave account application is successfully approved by SqSave, the Referee will be eligible for a SqSave Reward of SGD 3.00 in the Acorn investment goal specially set up in the Referee’s SqSave account.
14. The limitations set for this Promotion are (i) account applications must be submitted no later than the close of business on 31 December 2020; and (ii) open to the first 1,000 SqSave accounts approved, whether from Referrers or Referees.
15. SqSave reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion at any time.
16. In the event of any disputes pertaining to this Promotion, SqSave has the final rights to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, and any decisions taken by SqSave thereof will be final.
