SqSave Investment Challenge (The "Challenge") Terms & Conditions (“Terms”)

1. The SqSave Investment Challenge (“Challenge”) is open to all SqSave clients (“Entrants”); and is a game played with a virtual portfolio starting value of S$10,000. No real money is invested and all returns shown are simulated.
2. The Challenge runs from 1 Dec 2026 to 31 Dec 2026 at 23:59 SGT (“Challenge Period”). Entrants’ portfolio returns will be ranked and a winner will be declared after the Challenge Period.
3. Apart from these Terms, specific Rules also apply to Entrants of the Challenge (“Rules”), outlined in the Challenge Entry page at the SqSave account Login Dashboard. These include (i) Challenge Registration period start and end dates (ii) SGD Minimum Deposit sum for eligible SqSave portfolios (iii) minimum / maximum selections for each portfolio and (iv) minimum / maximum percentage allocation weights per portfolio holding and for the virtual cash balance.
4. SGD minimum deposits are eligible for any GlobalSave portfolio during the Challenge Registration period.
5. Each Entrant may submit one simulated Challenge portfolio (“Challenge Entry”) for every SGD Minimum Deposit (i.e. can include transfers from existing SqCash balance) to a new or existing portfolio during the Challenge Registration period. This means Entrants can create and submit an unlimited number of Challenge Entries (each supported by an SGD Minimum Deposit).
6. For non-SqSave clients, Challenge entries are made by tapping on [Create Account] in the Challenge Leaderboard menu tab at SqSave’s homepage.
7. New SGD Minimum Deposits added to SqCash, MoneyBox or CashBox portfolios do not qualify for the Challenge.
8. Simulated Challenge portfolios must be created and constructed using SqSave’s approved list of Exchange Traded Funds (“ETFs”) comprising a range of global asset classes.
9. At the end of the Challenge Period, the single highest-ranking Entrant at the top of the Challenge Leaderboard webpage (including exceeding the SqSave Balanced portfolio return) will win a Gift-a-Portfolio™ (“Prize”) with the Prize amount being stated in the Rules section. 10. All Challenge Entries must be confirmed (supported by Minimum Deposit transfers) during the Challenge Registration Period. No Entries are accepted after the Registration Period closes. Each Entrant’s portfolio(s) return(s) is measured in SGD terms from after Registration closure time until the end of the Challenge Period.
11. All Entry returns will be publicly displayed on the Challenge Leaderboard webpage. Participants may opt to use a pseudonym (nickname) or their actual name. SqSave has full discretion to reject any chosen pseudonym.
12. The Prize will be sent via email after the Challenge Period to the winning Entrant. The Prize must be claimed by the winning Entrant within 14 days of email receipt.
13. The Gift-a-Portfolio™ Prize will have a default 3-month lock-in period, and a Balanced Risk Profile.
14. Entrants may use their available SqCash balance to meet the SGD Minimum Deposit requirement.
15. Entrants agree that any partial or full withdrawals made from SGD Minimum Deposits added to a Portfolio for Challenge entry will disqualify the Entrant from the Challenge.
16. SqSave reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant at any time, without advance notice and for any reason at its absolute discretion.
17. The Challenge winner will be determined by SqSave and will be considered final. The Challenge winner will be posted on the Challenge Leaderboard webpage.
18. In the event of 2 or more matching Entry virtual portfolio returns at the end of the Challenge Period, the Prize winner may be determined by the highest risk-adjusted return, calculated using the Sharpe Ratio with a Zero Risk Free Rate as follows:

    Total Annualised Percentage Return - Zero Risk Free Rate] / Annualised Standard Deviation of Portfolio Return.
